Guildford is conveniently situated within 35 minutes by car from either Gatwick or Heathrow airports and a fast train service to London, Waterloo which also takes 35 minutes (station 10 minutes walk from the house).

Guildford University is 20 minutes walk away.

This lively town is an excellent shopping centre and has numerous restaurants, bars and pubs to suit every taste ( 10 minutes walk from the house).

The Spectrum is one of the largest sports centres in the country with swimming pools, skating rink, bowling alley, etc.

The surrounding countryside is excellent walking country and the National Trail of the North Downs Way is just outside our front door.

The RHS Gardens at Wisley can be reached by a short bus ride from the town centre and there are a number of National Trust properties in the immediate area.
